If you require a certificate to show competency of those who carry out the training, we can supply you with an assessment (there are 6 different ones available) which can be done on completion of the films.

We can e mail you the assessments, post a hard copy to you or possibly deliver them to you if located in our area. The simple method is via e mail and an answer sheet can be e mailed back to PJB for marking.

An evidence sheet must accompany this answer sheet from a “Verifier” (line manager) to show it is genuine work. The pass mark is 80%. There is a 5 question sheet for each of the 4 topics listed above.

We charge you £5.00 per person for this assessment, and will supply you with a certificate for those who are successful, those who are not can re-sit with a different paper at no extra cost to you. The certificates can be held by you to show your staff are trained to a suitable standard.
